OPPOSITES.

For the start of my actual course,fashion communication (finally), we were split up into groups of eight and told we had six weeks to create a 16 page magazine. My groups magazine is based on i-D magazine and is called madder.
The theme for our magazine changed a lot before we finally choose 'Opposites' though it seems a very simple theme my group and I are taking what is considered to be stereotypically beautiful and showing polar opposites of this. We want to question what people find beautiful through our photography.
I was told by my tutor this week to retake some of  favourite photographers photos and from these photos draw new inspiration. And after seeing this image in Dazed and confused I knew I had to try out this for myself as the layout fits so perfectly with our theme.
